JOYCE GLASS worked at the Law Offices of Avrum J. Rosen after graduating from law school where she concentrated in all aspects of bankruptcy practice. Joyce's published decision in Foto v. Foto, 258 B.R. 567 (Bankr. S.D.N.Y. 2000) was one of the first to be published regarding 11 U.S.C. ยง 523(a)(15). After earning her M.B.A., Joyce worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the area of Structured Finance and was involved in consulting with companies both in the United States and abroad for the structuring of various types of investments. In 2003 Joyce joined a prominent bankruptcy and litigation firm on Long Island representing Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees, administering bankruptcy estates as well as representing debtors and creditors in Chapters 7, 11 and 13. Joyce joined Donna at the Firm in 2007 and uses her cumulative bankruptcy and finance experience while representing clients.
